Sara Langworthy, PhD is an author, consultant, speaker, YouTuber, and giant nerd. She’s a member of the team behind the Road to Nerdfighteria storytelling project. Her book, Bridging the Relationship Gap, and her YouTube channel address the science of stress, resilience, and brain development in young children. Sara is also an organizational advancement consultant and founding partner of The Exchange Loop. She lives in St. Paul, MN with her husband and two dogs Bingley (as in Pride and Prejudice) and Kaylee (as in Firefly).
